 We cater small gatherings to large full-service events! Do you want to get together with family and friends for a small lunch gathering? We have you covered! Need a plated or Buffet dinner for a 100 wedding guests? No problem! Tommy's Catering will provide you a complete food service with a wide variety of menu option

*Artisan Crostini with red onion marmalade and goat cheese

*Smoked Salmon on sourdough toast with dill and cream cheese

*Red Bell Pepper Hummus with pita chips, Crostini with prosciutto

*Vegetable Crudites with different dipping sauces 


Appetizers

*Salad bar a discretion with artisan Baguette 

House salad, Ceasar salad, goat cheese salad with fresh beets and apples

*Prosciutto with fresh melon, smoked Salmon with horse radish and baguette

*Cheese Platter (appetizer or after dinner) Assorted domestic and imported, garnished with grapes apples walnuts, fresh baked artisan bread

*New England clam chowder, Curried Red lentil, Tomato with fresh Basil, Italian Minestrone, Carrot with roasted Red Bell Pepper and coconut milk, Swiss " Bundner Gersten", Broccoli and cheese

*Beef Tenderloin Stroganoff with our traditional sauce served over Pappardelle

*Prime Rib with Port wine jus, scalloped potatoes and seasonal vegetables

*Chicken piccata cooked in a parmesan egg batter with penne marinara 

*Pork "Cordon Bleu" stuffed with Gruyere cheese and ham, scalloped potatoes

*Hungarian Beef "Goulash" with onions and paprika serv ed with Polenta
